These terms apply when you use the Husky Karaoke browser extension, its guest remote, and this website. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Personal use at home
Husky Karaoke is for personal, non-commercial use, such as a party in your own home. You may not use it in a bar, restaurant, KTV venue, or any other business, or to perform music to the public. Those uses need public-performance licences that Husky Karaoke does not provide.
YouTube and other content
Husky Karaoke works with videos you play on YouTube and other sites. It does not supply music, and we do not own or license the songs you play. You are responsible for following YouTube’s Terms of Service and the laws that apply where you live.
Husky Karaoke does not block or remove advertisements. It processes audio on your computer as it plays and does not download, record, or redistribute it.
Passes
Using Husky Karaoke needs a pass. A free pass is for trying the product, and its availability and length may change.
Paid passes are sold on this website, through PayPal:
- One-Hour Pass: 1 hour
- Two-Hour Pass: 2 hours
- Party Pass: 4 hours
- Day Pass: 24 hours
- Unlimited Monthly Pass: 30 days
- Unlimited Yearly Pass: 365 days
Prices are shown on the store page before you pay. Each pass is a one-time purchase and does not renew. A pass’s time starts when the first song plays under it, not when you buy it, and then runs continuously until it ends. A pass bought while another is running starts when that one ends.
A pass bought from the extension is added to that browser. A pass bought on the website alone comes with a Pass code; add it in the extension within one year of purchase.
Refunds. A pass whose time has not started can be refunded within 14 days of purchase: write to us with your PayPal transaction ID. Once a pass’s time has started it cannot be refunded, except where the law requires. A refunded or charged-back pass stops working.
Fair use of the service
Do not interfere with our servers, try to get around passes or limits, or use the guest remote to send abusive content. We may close rooms or withdraw passes that break these terms.
No warranty
Husky Karaoke is provided as it is. How well it works depends on your computer, your browser, and the recordings you play. We do not promise that it will always be available or work with every song or website.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of Husky Karaoke. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for passes in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use Husky Karaoke after a change means you accept the new terms.
